Another awesome piece, this person first sketched the drawing with a pencil before actually applying any color, and this is what everyone should do, make a sketch before you color so you know where to color.
If you look at the cheeks and the chin you can see that the colors are very well blended, and that's what makes any drawing look real if you know how to blend your colors and this person obviously does.
I really like how the head is tilted a little bit, it gives the piece character and overall this is just a fun drawing to look at, so great job Tyra really awesome color pencil drawing.
