Cool sketch by Penny Reine, I think this is suppose to be Popeye the sailor. She brought this sketch to life with the face expression, you can see all the lines by the eyes, and I find that really awesome because it makes it look realistic as if someone was taking a picture of this person. I really love sketches like this because its not just a plain sketch, it has a certain character to it.
